How to Clean Baseboards

Obviously when our kitchen floors were redone this fall our contractor did a sloppy job on the caulking.  Didn't notice until I took this picture, but at least the baseboards are clean!
Here's a really quick and easy tip for cleaning your baseboards.  Personally I hate getting down on my hands and knees to clean the baseboard so I came up with a lazy way to clean them--lazy but still they are getting cleaned!  So here's what you do:

Next time you are mopping your floors take your mop and wipe it along the baseboards too!  I know, so simple right!?
Bathrooms especially need this done often because all the dust from tissues, toilet paper, you brushing your hair, etc. really adds up on your baseboards.  I'm telling you this is such an easy solution and it will take you no extra time or effort next time you are mopping your bathroom or kitchen floors!
There's two ways you can do it.  Option #1.
Option #2.  This is the way I normally do it.
Happy mopping!

  2. I spray the baseboards with my spray on stream setting, then I scrub with this guy....

Then wipe down with microfiber padded mop, easy peasy. :)
